Shipping

Bear Hug currently ships within India only.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days. Gift boxes may take a day longer because we wrap them by hand. You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote locations can take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden costs at the door.

Your prints

The prints you choose are packed exactly as shown in your order. If you need to change a print, write to us at getbearhug@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to change it before packing.

Returns and exchanges

We want you and your baby to be happy with every Bear Hug product.

• Swaddles, bedsheets and toys: unused and unwashed, with tags and in original packaging, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Baby coconut oil: for hygiene and safety, we cannot take back oil once it has been opened. If your jar arrives sealed but damaged, we will replace it.
• Gift boxes: can be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged or wrong item: write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

To start a return or exchange, email getbearhug@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
